February and March Favourite Products Update!!

Below I have made a list with links of my favourite products in February and March that I have been loving!! The products I mention are primarily Beauty products but there is one fashion and one home decor favourite!! I tried to link all of the products as well. Hope you enjoy!

Beauty: 1. Tanceuticals Tanning. This is my second order of Tanceuticals Tanner and I love it!! The best part is, it doesn't get all streaky like most self tanners do. I use the Mousse in "Dark". The tan stays on for about a week and it does fade a bit in the shower. They have a specific tanner for your face which is really nice too. Buy here: (

2. Natural Joe Skin Care. I have been using the under eye serum as well as the charcoal face mask for a couple weeks already. I really wanted to test them to before sharing with you. I find the charcoal face mask to be my favourite because it makes my face very soft and hydrated too. The prices are affordable and the products are…

How I Keep My Hair Strong!!

There have been two amazing products that have really helped my hair overall look and feel really healthy!!

1. Somerfield Beauty Hair Mask and Hair Protein!! The hair mask you just leave on for about ten to twenty minutes and it makes your hair super hydrated and healthy. The hair protein you just have to put in your hair after you shampoo and again leave it in for a little bit. They both have to be washed out. The great thing about these products is that they also smell really nice. You can use the code "MORE VOLUME" and shop at
2. Viviscal Shampoo, Conditioner, and Elixr!! These products have absolutely changed my hair. The products were created to help hair growth and they have done that for me totally!! Another great thing about these products is that they keep your hair clean for longer and minimize any natural oil in your hair. I have only been using the products for two weeks and have already seen a difference. You can buy the products at https:…

Respect Your Universe - A lifestyle!!

Respect Your Universe (RYU) is a Vancouver based Urban Athletic brand that targets towards the multi-disciplined athlete. Respect Your Universe is now expanding to LA and New York in the near future! The brand represents respecting yourself, your choices, everyone around you, and having a fundamental understanding of how extraordinary our differences make us. The company was founded in 2014 and has been a great success ever since then.

Personally I love RYU for multiple reasons but here are the main few:

1) The purpose and integrity that make up RYU's core values are like no other.

2) All said and done, the clothing, hats, and bags are really cool looking. The fabric is the highest quality which is the best part.

3) Everything is SO comfortable and I can't wait to get my hands on more of their stuff. The clothing is super functional and you don't have to just wear it to the gym or your chosen sport, you can wear it all day long (I do at least!)!

In the photos above I am weari…

How To Get Through Being Homesick!!

When it comes to being away from home... I've got a few tips and tricks.

1. Utilize FaceTime. It's an awesome thing and even though it's not as good as actually being with people, its as close as you're going to get.
2. Stay busy. I find for myself personally working out 4-5 times a week really helps me stay busy and motivated.
3. Plan when you're going to be home next. If there's a date set you can count down and have that to look forward to.
4. Write letters. Writing letters and receiving letters from people you miss at home can be really nice.

5. Talk about it with people who are feeling the same way. There are likely so many people in the same position as you. Talk about it. Having said this, don't obsess over it with them because that will only make it worse.

6. Being homesick is okay. It is very normal for young people but also anyone. Just know that when you do finally get home with the people you miss it will be really special and very worth it.

Weekend Away In Ottawa!!

Hey Guys!! Hope everyone who is a student is enjoying reading break and to everyone else I hope you had a good weekend. I went to Ottawa and I have created a list of the best things I did and places I went.

1. Beavertails!! These are an awesome Canadian dessert (Very sweet). A lot of Canadian cities have a Beavertail location so you should be able to find one if you live in a city in Canada. My favourite one is the Nutella one.
2. Went to visit Parliament Hill. Ottawa is Canada's Capital city and the Parliament buildings here are so beautiful and nice. They are way bigger than I expected. I feel like everyone has to go visit the parliament buildings if you are Canadian. 3. We went on a free horse ride around downtown Ottawa and it was really awesome!! The horse took us all around the ByWard market and by some great views of Ottawa.
4. The King Eddy Restaurant. This place has really awesome food. They have all day breakfast and really good burgers too. When I went I had the all day…

How I Keep My Skin Clear!!

Below I've made a list of products and tips of how I keep my skin clear!!

1. The obvious thing to do is to wash your face in the morning and the night. I use the Cetaphil Cleanser and it works really great for me at least. There are a lot of great cleansers so I would suggest trying out what works best for you.

2. Also, make sure to moisturize after washing your face in the morning and moisturize your face after washing in the night time too. I use the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer and it is the best one that I've ever used. Really keeps my skin soft and hydrated too.

3. There are a few products from the brand Essance Skincare ( that have really improved my skin recently. Personally my favourites are the Dragon Blood Toner, the Dragon Blood Serum, and their 3-1 antioxidant eye cream. The eye cream really brightens the under eye area and is really great.

4. DRINK WATER. The most important tip. If you drink water it helps detoxify your skin and …

Weekend Away In Montreal!!

Below is a list of things I did and places I went in Montreal!!

1. LA pop: A new trendy waffle and popsicle place in Old Montreal. Just opened last week and has the cutest decor inside and out! The great thing about LA pop is that there s a hidden door that they open at five thirty or six and it turns into a place to get drinks and hangout. Would definitely go back to this place.

A list of some of the toppings you can get on your waffles!!

2. LOV Café: This place is located in old Montreal and has really awesome breakfast! The inside of the place is really nice.

3. Crew Café: A complete gem in an old building converted into a really nice café. This place is perfect to study at and has really nice drinks too.

4. Mme. Lee: A great place to go if you're in the downtown area at night. They play upbeat music!
