Cooking With!!

This weeks post is something I'm really excited about. I've partnered with to show you how easy it is to cook a balanced and healthy meal without the hassle of grocery shopping and meal preparing. It is a Vancouver based company that makes it really easy to be healthy without spending two hours cooking each meal. prepares meals in boxes pictured above and drops it off right to your door on the day that you select when you select which meals you want for the week. They text you when they're fifteen minutes away to let you know they're coming, however you do not have to be home.
First I made the Ricotta Ravioli which I selected from the vegetarian meal list and it was really easy to make and also tasted great.

The second dish I made is called Spicy Sesame Zoodles with Crispy Tofu. It had a lot of flavour and was quite easy to make. I would completely recommend this company. Not only is it affordable but when the food arrives it is packaged great which ma…

Five Ways To Improve Your Study Habits!!

Hey guys,

This week I'm discussing the five ways I've kept myself more organized this year!

1. Use a planner. This is my main tip for being organized and its something I refer back to everyday to stay on track and make sure I'm not forgetting anything.
2. Keep your work space organized and you will be more willing to spend your time productively.
3. Eat healthy. This is definitely relates to other aspects of your life. 60% of your bodies endorphins (chemicals your body produces that ultimately make you happy) are created based on what you eat. A happier you will be motivated to stay on track.
4. Make a great playlist that motivates you.
5. Turn your phone off for periods of time which disallows distraction.

My Experience With Micro Blading!!

A couple weeks ago I went to Grand Arc and saw the amazing Nancy to get my eyebrows micro bladed! Overall, the whole experience was great and I would recommend Grand Arc (and Nancy) for micro blading again.
When I arrived there, Nancy was waiting to show me around and begin explaining the process. She was thorough, in depth, and ensured I knew what the process entailed in full. We discussed my goals and she gave her suggestions. She then did a symmetry test and numbed me up! Then we got started. Throughout the whole experience, Nancy continuously checked in with me ensuring I was happy with the result and that my pain level remained low. Her explanation of the process truly made me feel very comfortable. We also had some great conversations which I think distracted me from any minimal pain.

Self-Care Sunday With Lily and Roo!!

This morning I headed over to Lily and Roo in Kitsilano for a manicure. I had a phenomenal experience and the staff was very friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Chloe and a couple of the other girls. The great thing about Lily and Roo is that their products are all vegan and non toxic which makes me feel good about supporting their company. The salon is set up really cute and they have so many colours to choose from (as pictured below).

Favourite Places To Sip And Snack In Vancouver!!

This week I'm sharing a couple of my favourite places in Vancouver to sip and snack!! 1. Grounds for Coffee This place seriously has the best cinnamon buns that exist! They have really great icing and are so super soft and fluffy. Grounds for Coffee is located in Kitsilano and has a cute cafe feel to it.
2. Jam JarJam Jar is a Lebanese restaurant that has three locations in Vancouver (South Granville, UBC, and downtown)! My favourite location is the UBC one because you get to select a bunch of different items and have them all in one bowl to go! The cauliflower is incredible.3. Heirloom VegetarianHeirloom Vegetarian is another restaurant located in Kitsilano in Vancouver! The best part about Heirloom is that it is so consistent. Every time that I've gone there I've been impressed by the quality and taste of the food and I haven't had a bad experience there yet. P.S their omelette's are amazing.4. Olive and Ruby CaféOlive and Ruby Café is somewhat new (about two year…

New Years Resolution 2019!!

With 2018 coming to a close, it is a great time to reflect on the year and make plans for 2019! 2018 has in some ways been a great year for me, I started this blog, made new friends, travelled to LA a couple times, worked, etc. However it has also been a really eye opening year for me and I've had to learn a lot!

My goals for 2019 are to:
1. Continue blogging and work really hard at it.
2. Meet new people who have a positive/inspiring impact.
3. Travel a lot more.
4. Focus on the things I can control. This is a big one.
5. Run a marathon (Putting this one online so I am held accountable)!
6. Work hard at school and in the gym.

I know these goals are ambitious but I'm so ready to start 2019 and get after them. Comment your goals below so we can all stay inspired together!!

One Year Of Blogging....

Today marks one year of having this blog.... I honestly never thought I'd have a blog let alone one that has over forty posts in a year and receives thousands of monthly views. Making a blog is one of the best decisions I've ever made and I'm so happy that I made the decision to go for it. Although it hasn't always been easy, the opportunities and growth that I've gotten since starting a year ago make it all completely worth it!

I started this blog a year ago because I felt like I needed a creative outlet. Having always been busy with competitive swimming and soccer throughout my whole life and then stopping all together once university came around, I really lacked something to be passionate about. One night I came to the realization and the same night is when I started Sunday Funday!

I really am so appreciative of everyone who checks in every Sunday to see what is new on the blog and for everyone who supports me on my journey. I've so enjoyed everyday of blogg…
