Five Ways to Stay Fit/Healthy at University!!

I've created a list of five ways to stay fit/healthy at university!!

  1. Drink water! Sometimes if you're super dehydrated you over eat when really your body just needs more water!
  2. Go to your university gym 3-5 times a week (whatever is manageable for you)! Make sure to pick a set amount of times that you are going to go and stick to it for the whole year!!
  3. Trust me, I know cafeteria food can be brutal. Try to find the fruit, vegetables, eggs, soup, and any other things that are more healthy than most of the things that are filled with dairy and carbs!
  4. Pick a detox tea to drink that works for you and do it!! There is a lot of controversy around this but if you do the research and pick one that works for you it can be really beneficial.   5. Get as much sleep as you possibly can!!

Weekend Away In Toronto!!

The past weekend my family and I went to Toronto!! While being there we stayed at the Fairmont Royal York and it was really nice! We visited downtown of course and the distillery district. We went to three Blue Jays versus the Yankees games which was an awesome experience. It was awesome to see My Parents because I'm currently away at school so that was really great to be with them too.

The Blue Jays games were really awesome and the Blue Jays beat the Yankees 2/3 games we watched so it was amazing to see them beat such a great team. It was so great to go to three games I really like baseball and it made our time in Toronto even better.

We also went to some great restaurants in Toronto such as Craft, Earls, and we ate at the Fairmont lounge …

Fitness + Health Products That Have Helped Me Get Fit!!

These four products have helped me get fit and more healthy too. Remember that the gym and eating healthy are the two things that have helped me the most but these products have definitely assisted me to get fit easier.
