How I Keep My Hair Strong!!

There have been three amazing products that have really helped my hair overall look and feel really healthy!!

1. Somerfield Beauty Hair Mask and Hair Protein!! The hair mask you just leave on for about ten to twenty minutes and it makes your hair super hydrated and healthy. The hair protein you just have to put in your hair after you shampoo and again leave it in for a little bit. They both have to be washed out. The great thing about these products is that they also smell really nice. You can use the code "MORE VOLUME" and shop at https://somerfield.co.

2. Viviscal Shampoo, Conditioner, and Elixr!! These products have absolutely changed my hair. The products were created to help hair growth and they have done that for me totally!! Another great thing about these products is that they keep your hair clean for longer and minimize any natural oil in your hair. I have only been using the products for two weeks and have already seen a difference. You can buy the products at https://www.viviscal.ca/for-women.

3. Kismet Nutrients "Hair, Nails, and Skin" Supplement!! This is a supplement in a pill form that has a lot of biotin which makes your hair, nails, and skin stronger and it has definitely helped me with that so far. Buy at: https://kismetnutrients.com/pages/hair-nails-skin.

How I Keep My Skin Clear!!

Below I've made a list of products and tips of how I keep my skin clear!!

1. The obvious thing to do is to wash your face in the morning and the night. I use the Cetaphil Cleanser and it works really great for me at least. There are a lot of great cleansers so I would suggest trying out what works best for you.

2. Also, make sure to moisturize after washing your face in the morning and moisturize your face after washing in the night time too. I use the Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizer and it is the best one that I've ever used. Really keeps my skin soft and hydrated too.

3. There are a few products from the brand Essance Skincare (essanceskincare.com) that have really improved my skin recently. Personally my favourites are the Dragon Blood Toner, the Dragon Blood Serum, and their 3-1 antioxidant eye cream. The eye cream really brightens the under eye area and is really great.

4. DRINK WATER. The most important tip. If you drink water it helps detoxify your skin and …

Five Things I Wish I Knew Going Into First Year University!!

As summer comes to an end, it's time for all the students to prepare for the next year of studies! I'm going into my second year and really looking forward to it! I've created a list of five things I wish I knew before going into first year university. This list is purely created based on experience. Feel free to share with anyone you know heading off to post secondary education as it may not only apply to first years! I live in Vancouver and go to school in Ontario so this list may be a little biased for the people who are leaving home as that is my experience! Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy and I hope this helps you in some way!

1. FACETIME is a life changer and when you're away from your family and friends it can at times be the only thing that gets you through the inevitable home sick days so USE it.
2. Organize yourself BEFORE school starts. This could include an agenda, making sure your room is organized, creating a workout schedule, etc.
3. Even though university…
