Five Trip Essentials That I Never Leave Behind!!

Since it's the summer time and a lot of people are travelling, this week I decided to share five products/things that I always bring on vacation!

1Tanceuticals tanner! Voted #1 of 2018! Really easy to apply and stays on all week! (https://www.tanceuticals.com)

2. Face masks! I use the Huna Apothecary one which really brightens my skin and keeps me glowing on vacation! (https://www.hunaskin.com)

3. A good swimsuit! My favourite right now is by Seuno Swimwear! It's so comfy and flattering. Here is a picture of me wearing one of their tops! The prices are affordable for the quality and they have a wide selection of styles and colours which is really nice! (https://suenoswimwear.com)
4. Sunglasses! My favourites right now are from a company I found near Venice Beach called California Shades! They have so many different pairs which makes for a great selection for everyone! They're so cute and trendy!

5. Tiny Tea detox tea! inevitably on vacation I usually end up eating food I usually wouldn't eat at home, this includes a lot of carbs and sugar which makes me carry a lot of water! I drink this tea hot or cold and it always makes me feel better and less bloated for sure! (https://canada.yourtea.com)

These are my essential things for vacation! I hope you try some of these out!

Five Things I Wish I Knew Going Into First Year University!!

As summer comes to an end, it's time for all the students to prepare for the next year of studies! I'm going into my second year and really looking forward to it! I've created a list of five things I wish I knew before going into first year university. This list is purely created based on experience. Feel free to share with anyone you know heading off to post secondary education as it may not only apply to first years! I live in Vancouver and go to school in Ontario so this list may be a little biased for the people who are leaving home as that is my experience! Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy and I hope this helps you in some way!

1. FACETIME is a life changer and when you're away from your family and friends it can at times be the only thing that gets you through the inevitable home sick days so USE it.
2. Organize yourself BEFORE school starts. This could include an agenda, making sure your room is organized, creating a workout schedule, etc.
3. Even though university…

Balancing Work / School / Blogging / Fitness!!

Hey everyone,

Today I'm talking about a subject that I've been struggling with and I'm sure a lot of people can relate too. As a full time student with a part time job, I struggle balancing the necessities of my life with my passions which are blogging and fitness. Blogging fulfills me like nothing else and fitness allows both my physical and mental health to stay in check (and frankly, I couldn't live without it). This all becomes A LOT to handle and manage at the same time. Additionally, I am twenty years old and love hanging out with my family and friends as well as occasionally going out! If I'm being honest, I am so far from mastering the task of balance, but I'm working on it! I've come a long way especially in the last year. I threw up a couple tricks that have helped me, but I'd like to hear your tips too! Leave a comment below.
