19 THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE I WAS 19!!

This weeks post is a little different! I've made a list for my younger viewers of things I wish I knew before I was nineteen that I was able to learn primarily this year!


1. If it won't matter in a month, do not spend more than five minutes thinking about it.
2. Reading before bed DOES help you sleep better. Turn off your phone.
3. If you are feeling consumed by social media TAKE A BREAK. You won't miss anything.
4. Eating healthy genuinely can affect your mental and physical health in a positive way
5. Cardio chemically produces and releases endorphins that make you happy. Use this to your advantage and do cardio.
6. NEVER choose your friends based on anything other than the fact that they make you happy or a better person.
7. You are who the closest ten people you surround yourself with are. Make that a positive group of ten people.
8. If you choose people that don't choose you, let them go.
9. Car rides with loud music can fix a lot of things.
10. Accept that a lot of people are temporary, but they get you one person closer to the people who aren't temporary.
11. Tell the people you love that you love them, as much as possible.
12. A clean room really can make you feel more organized.
13. Ice coffee in the morning is completely necessary for a productive day.
14. People are going to talk about you whether its good or bad, let them say what they want and don't give them the reaction they're looking for. Kindness will kill them.
15. University makes it so easy to skip class, not study, get distracted, etc. You're there to study! Do it!
16. Set goals and revisit them daily to make sure you're staying on track.
17. A lot of things change and become a lot less relevant after high school, wait it out, high school should not be your peak.
18. Try new things and expand your circle as much as possible.


19. My final piece of advice is by far the most important. Weirdly enough, I overheard someone saying this about a week ago and I really felt it. Only focus on the things YOU can control.

Weekend Away In Toronto!!

The past weekend my family and I went to Toronto!! While being there we stayed at the Fairmont Royal York and it was really nice! We visited downtown of course and the distillery district. We went to three Blue Jays versus the Yankees games which was an awesome experience. It was awesome to see My Parents because I'm currently away at school so that was really great to be with them too.

The Blue Jays games were really awesome and the Blue Jays beat the Yankees 2/3 games we watched so it was amazing to see them beat such a great team. It was so great to go to three games I really like baseball and it made our time in Toronto even better.

We also went to some great restaurants in Toronto such as Craft, Earls, and we ate at the Fairmont lounge …

Fitness + Health Products That Have Helped Me Get Fit!!
